My Spice Rack

I have always enjoyed spicy foods and have always cooked with a few of the basic spices, however, my wife helped open my eyes to the world of spices. Now I experiment with a lot of different things.

Kabobs

Catagory: Meat

Ingredents
Beef Tips or Steak
Small Onions
Bell Peppers (Multicolors)
Fresh Mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes
Small Red Potatoes

Marinate
2 tbsp Worcestershire
3 tbsp Dry Cooking Sherry
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp Celery Salt
1/4 tsp Marjorm
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Garlic Salt

Preparation
Prepare marinate and soak meat, minimum overnight, prefer 24 hours.
Cut potatoes and bell peppers into small bite size pieces.
Place meat, potatoes and onions on sticks and place on grill or in oven on 350 degrees.
Cooking time will vary. About 15 to 20 minutes before the meat is done, put cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and mushrooms on more sticks and place on grill or in oven.
When meat and potatoes are done, remove all from grill or oven and remove everything from sticks. Rearrange and replace on sticks in an eye pleasing order.
